On larger engagements we collaborate with a group of self-employed cloud experts. Each of them runs their own business or delivers assignments under civil-law contracts — as an independent contractor, not an employee.
How the collaboration works
Contractor independence
Collaborators are autonomous parties. They organise their own work and are not subject to managerial subordination or fixed working hours.
Project-based collaboration
Every assignment has a defined scope and outcome. Engagement is task-based and limited to the duration of a specific project.
Civil-law contracts
Collaboration is based on B2B agreements or civil-law contracts, concluded individually for each project and settled against invoices or bills.
Task-based settlement
Contractors report the time spent on assigned tasks in a dedicated portal, which forms the basis for settling their remuneration.
Assignment time reporting
Independent contractors working on current projects record the time spent on their assignments in a dedicated system. Access is limited to parties with an active contract.
